June is a month of celebration for Bodhi Massage & Wellness, as of June 4, 2021, I celebrated our 3rd anniversary! 

I will always remember how it felt to take that leap of faith to leave the stability of my full-time position at the chiropractic office to move to following my dream and beginning my own full-time business.  There was the fear deep in my stomach that kept asking what if….

• What if I can’t do it on my own?
• What if I can’t get any regular clients?
• What if I just am not smart enough to handle all the back end boring business stuff that comes along with running an LLC?
• And soooo many more What If’s

In these past three years, I have learned that all of these “What if” questions are what I now lovingly call gremlins.  These gremlins sneak up on us to keep us in our safe comfort zones and are placed there by fear.  During this time of transition, a wise person had told me that “If something isn’t scary, it isn’t worth doing.”  These are words that I still live by today, as they help to remind me that the only way to grow is by taking that scary step forward.
